 Sales Manage_
role is to develop and manage Yokogawa business in Power and Water market in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to achieve or exceed target levels of customer satisfaction and financial performance. Business relationships: Develop and sustain long term customer relationships. Establish these relationships while engaging at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization. Use of these relationships to engage early in the project’s design and procurement process ensuring disproportionate amount of business is won by Yokogawa. Sales process: Manage the day to day and strategic, maintaining a balanced approach providing the customers with superior service, while strategically planning efforts, setup long term account goals, identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing continuous support to Yokogawa customer in Power and Water Market. Manage and build contacts, serving as company representative and liaison to customers in order to understand and capitalize on local market opportunities, foster successful relationships and create positive image. Formulates sales strategies ranging from highly competitive plans and spec projects to long-term planning Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations, etc Customers: Power and Water Customers including as End User (Project, Engineering, Operation and Maintenance), EPCs, and Consultants. Both technical persons, and economic buyers and decision makers. Interact with all levels in an organization including executive level decision makers. People management: Build, utilize, and manage the Company resources to satisfy the Customer’s needs.  Guide and leverage management and executive sponsor interactions with the Customers. Coaches, partners employees to increase selling effectiveness and achieve company objectives, including Presentation Skills, long range planning and performance management (goal setting, one on one coaching sessions, and periodic performance and account reviews), with particular emphasis on large target or key account sales, providing strategic vision for the account while driving his team for positive business results for Yokogawa.Read Less IndustryPower Generation / Power Distribution / Energy / Nuclear Energy Function / DepartmentSales / Business Development Desired Candidate Profile Any Arabic National, Any European National, Indian, Filipino Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Instrumentation) -BS.C in Electrical or Instrumentation engineering with Industrial Automation Background -15 years practical experience in the automation industry with experience with Saudi and GCC Market -Customer engagement at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships -Commercial expertise and experience -Understands Power and Water’s decision making processes, buyers, and influences -Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
